Introductory e-course

Get insights about innovation by acquiring a general overview on innovation lingo as well as setting aside hinders for innovation.

Format:

  • Pre-recorded videos and/or content-based to follow at your own pace

Cost:

  • Free for all learners

Attending and completing the introductory course is mandatory for all learners that want to apply for the rest of the courses across the track.

Innovation Ambassadors Course

Systematic innovation training where you will solve your own case by applying the insights you learn from the course with the support from a facilitator of your institution.

Modules:

  • What is innovation and how can it be applied in a healthcare context?
  • Individual case problem identification
  • User involvement regarding needs identification
  • Idea generation with and without stakeholder involvement
  • Prototyping/testing – including user involvement

Format:

  • Online sessions to follow at your own pace and some live sessions offered by experts on the field
  • Hands-on work in teams, guided by a facilitator of your organisation, to put in practice the theoretical contents into the real scenario

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Apply in teams of 2-5 from your own institution
  • Attended and completed the introductory e-course

Innovation for Leaders Course

As a healthcare leader you’ll learn to establish prerequisites for innovation and how to support others in doing so, as well as acquiring leadership skills.

 

Modules:

  • Prerequisites for innovation – system perspective
  • Innovation methodology in relation to the course participants context – method perspective)
  • The course participant’s ability as a leader in innovation work – leadership perspective

Format:

  • Theoretical and practical live sessions
  • Brief online sessions to follow at your own pace
