Summer School: Energising Global Health Innovation and Entrepreneurship

To meet our global health challenges, the next generation of innovators must be trained to develop citizen-centric solutions. This course teaches a new kind of professional approach to society’s healthcare needs.

The digital revolution has the potential to improve health and empower patients, but it could also increase health inequities, shaping the economy and the society.

ENERGHY 10-day Summer School is a toolbox and a fresh experience to change the perspective of a new generation of global health innovators. It has been designed to empower postgraduate students and young professionals to create new business models with global citizen-centric solutions, aimed at democratising health for all.

Learners will develop an entrepreneurial mindset; acquiring innovation, management and communication knowledge and skills to create a start-up.

The course is motivated by the Sustainable Development Goals and a learn-by-doing approach, together with open discussions with entrepreneurs and real challenge workshops. Here, learners will develop the knowledge and capabilities to design new, consistent and potentially fruitful business models.

The course aims to have a transformative impact, contributing to drive global wellness and prosperity.
