The European Vaccine Initiative (EVI) offers to support research and development of vaccines for COVID-19
EVI serves as a force to unify the major EU organisations involved in the design, development, and testing of novel vaccines. It acts as a focal point for EU and global vaccine research and development activities by coordinating numerous externally funded consortia, which are working towards accelerating the development of safe, effective, and affordable vaccines. It has a global partner network consisting of academic institutions (public and private) and regulatory agencies.
EVI can offer collaborators working on COVID-19 vaccines a fully equipped project management office as well as expertise in pre-clinical and early phase clinical development of vaccines, including support with setting up, such as pre-clinical assays and clinical trials.
It can also offer high quality technical services to support the development of vaccines through the H2020 funded TRANSVAC2 project (www.transvac.org), training on various aspects of vaccine development either directly through EVI or through TRANSVAC2.
EVI is offering its services to partners for free on the development of COVID-19 vaccines. To submit an application for support, please use the details below.
