A new EIT Health Campus Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) gives students knowledge and understanding about how innovation thinking skills benefit the Life Science sector. The free course starts 1 October 2018, and outlines several cross-functional tools as well as a powerful method called TRIZ, which can facilitate faster, more radical innovation.

Participants who complete and pass the six-week course, titled “Systematic Innovation for Life Science”, will be able to use structured, systematic innovation methodology in their projects.

Many may be highly motivated to continue developing their skills in additional courses to gain deeper knowledge and potentially gain certification.

EIT Health Partners Karolinska Institutet and Research Institutes of Sweden (RISE), developed the MOOC, delivered by Peter Sandberg of RISE and Prof. Jan-Olov Höög of the Karolinska Institutet.
