Technical University of Madrid offers expertise to prepare audio visual training materials to guide people without previous digital knowledge who now need to use e-health tools or apps.
Many healthcare providers are preparing applications and web pages for the use of citizens to report their symptoms, get information, learn protocols, etc. People without a digital background (for example, the elderly) will be unable to use the services being prepared.
At the Technical University of Madrid, the TechPeopleCare group (www.techpeople.care) is devoted to developing training materials for people without a digital background to be able to use the technology that they need.
They are offering their expertise to prepare audio visual training materials to guide people without previous digital knowledge in how to use e-health tools or apps.
