OFFER: Data sequence analysis from CIC bioGUNE

31st March 2020

CIC bioGUNE is a research group in computational chemistry and biology at CIC bioGUNE in Bilbao, Spain.

Their expertise is in the development of computational and mathematical methods and they have computing facilities available, particularly GPU powered systems, for the fast analysis of sequence data.

With instructions, they can run blind analysis for data sequence analysis of any type including analysing the spread of COVID-19 and the most affected population groups.

Given the unprecedented spread of the pandemic, getting results in hours versus days could have an extraordinary impact on understanding the virus’s evolution and the development of vaccines.

Please get in touch if you need help with this.
