Hope Care can provide remote monitoring service to healthcare providers
Hope Care provides remote social and health care to allow at-home monitoring of patients during the COVID-19 pandemic.
It allows healthcare professionals (HCPs) to collect and monitor vital signs at a distance, through integrated technology, while also facilitating patient video consultations. The platform provides HCPs with the ability to monitor temperature, blood pressure and SpO2, among other vital signs, remotely, with all data securely stored in a centralised Cloud system.
Hope Care would like to collaborate with hospitals and clinics across Europe (fee to be discussed based on volume of licenses per user).
