Telehealth platform available for healthcare providers during COVID-19 pandemic
swyMed is a telehealth platform built specifically for healthcare providers who want to provide remote care to their patients even in the most challenging conditions.
Their rapid response system offers a screening platform to identify COVID-19 patients through video evaluations, transitioning to video calls immediately where needed.
The triage system begins with a telephone call to a triage staff person, who then decides if a follow-up video is required.
swyMed additionally has the option to integrate medical devices (including stethoscopes, thermometers, oximeters, etc.) into video appointments, with the ability to send vital signals from patients’ homes to hospitals.
For any hospitals interested in using the platform, swyMed is able to create special projects based on bespoke hospital needs. They are able to set up remote management of Intensive Care Units at home; connecting all devices to the platform so that doctors are able to monitor all vital signals remotely.
