16th July 2019

EIT Communities share business opportunities and entrepreneurship in the 7th European Innovation Forum

The Transfiere 2018 Forum helped EIT participants establish strategic contacts, synergies, and exchange knowledge with strategic actors of the economy.

The EIT Cross-KIC Spain is a pioneering group in Europe that works jointly and transversally to transform talent and knowledge into new products and services capable of tackling the challenges that today’s society faces in matters such as Climate Change, Digital Innovation, Food, Health, Energy or Raw Materials. The platform was created to share experiences and synergies in order to be more competitive, raise the economic opportunities, and generate quality jobs. The EIT Communities participated in the Transfiere 2018 Forum, with Irene Sánchez, Business Creation Manager of EIT Health Spain, taking in the Round Table on the Business Opportunities and Entrepreneurship through the KICs.

The Transfiere 2018 Forum, the biggest professional and multisectoral Innovation Forum held in Spain. Spanish KICs had an excellent chance to share the business and entrepreneurship opportunities which they offer, and make these communities known as new models to promote innovation and bring them to market. The Forum’s fundamental pillars were Networking, Transfer, Cooperation, and Internationalization.
