Du lundi 24 au vendredi 28 août 2020, Inria en partenariat avec EITHealth et VPH Institute organisera la conférence internationale #VPH2020 entièrement en ligne.
Cette conférence, organisée en collaboration avec AP-HP,  Sorbonne Université (Partenaires #EITHealth ?) ainsi que l’École polytechnique, INSA Lyon, offre l’opportunité de présenter la recherche liée à l’humain physiologique virtuel et plus largement à la biomédecine des systèmes informatiques, ainsi qu’à leurs applications en milieu clinique, soutenant ainsi la transition vers une médecine prédictive personnalisée.

Pour les entrepreneurs?‍?, les star-ups?, les étudiants?‍?, les chercheurs?‍? qui travaillent sur le croisement des problématiques VPH c’est une occasion formidable d’une part d’assister à des échanges sur ces thématiques avec des spécialistes parmi les plus pointus au monde, de dialoguer avec eux et de se créer des contacts et des références uniques. EIT Health France supports VPH conference

Inria and VPH institute also involved in meeting about Virtual Physiological Human

EIT Health France and the VPH Institute will support the VPH2020 online Virtual Physiological Human conference, which is organised by EIT Health Partner Inria. The conference provides an opportunity to present research related to virtual physiological humans, and more broadly to the biomedicine of computer systems and their applications in the clinical environment, thus supporting the transition towards personalised predictive medicine.

The Virtual Physiological Human (VPH) is a European initiative that focuses on a methodological and technological framework that, once established, will enable collaborative investigation of the human body as a single complex system. It involves the development of a model of a human that can advance scientific research for the benefit of real humans.

Programme

The programme of the conference has been adapted to accommodate a maximum number of international participants. In addition, a special Covid-19 day has been added on Monday 24 August: this will provide an opportunity to present the recent scientific developments and advances that have taken place in this unprecedented context.

This edition will offer a large panel of thematic sessions led by internationally renowned members of the scientific, industrial, and academic community plus a matchmaking session. EIT Health will co-organise a two-hour session with EIT Health partner Philips. Moreover, we will showcase programmes and initiatives to the visitors stopping by our virtual stand.

We warmly welcome the participation of everyone interested including students, university researchers and start-ups that may both benefit from meeting and exchange with industrials and researchers and be interested in the Awards sessions and Medtronic Competition for Young Professionals.

The 2020 online edition of the VPH conference is being organised by Inria in cooperation with Ecole Polytechnique, INSA Lyon as well as two other EIT Health partners, AP-HP and Sorbonne University.
