At the half-way point of the year, EIT Health proudly welcomes six new partners to our community. Representing InnoStars countries, they bring a wealth of expertise in technology transfer, patient advocacy and research fields including biotechnology, engineering, and physical chemistry.

Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences( IChF)
The Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IChF) is a leading research institution specialising in chemistry, physics, and biology/medicine. Ranked among Poland’s top 5% of scientific institutions, IChF annually publishes 200 papers in leading journals. IChF is excited to join EIT Health to initiate long-term partnerships with other members and foster entrepreneurial mindsets among their employees and doctoral candidates.
Óbuda University
Óbuda University is a practice-oriented technical university in Hungary, comprising six different faculties in engineering, informatics, and architecture. With a focus on innovation, Óbuda University has eight research, innovation, and service centers, including significant robotics research facilities. As part of EIT Health, Óbuda University plans to expand their network by implementing joint projects and establishing partnerships with universities and businesses within the EIT Health community.
HIT – Hub Innovazione Trentino
The Hub Innovazione Trentino Foundation (HIT) is an innovation hub and technology transfer organization based in the Trentino region of Italy. Since its establishment, HIT has facilitated the transfer of 130 tech activities to the market and supported 110 startups. HIT is motivated to join EIT Health to connect Trentino with EIT Health’s exceptional resources, including advanced training programs, funding access, and innovation activities.
Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute for Sustainable Technologies
Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute for Sustainable Technologies from Poland develops original solutions for the industry in the fields of surface engineering, prototyping, tribology, bioeconomy and eco innovation. The Lukasiewicz Institute is running a startup incubation programme – the Central Innovation Accelerator Platform “Mazovian StartUPolis- to create favourable conditions for establishing and developing innovative enterprises that strengthen the national economy. Their goal is to support young, enterprising individuals in rolling out their innovative ideas at both national and international levels. They are particularly interested in high technology, machinery and equipment production, energy, ecology, and the agri-food industry.
Humanized Solutions
Humanized Solutions is a Portuguese consulting and training organisation that involves patients and the general public in clinical research and the entire medicine lifecycle. Their expertise in advocating for patient engagement allows them to integrate patient voices into healthcare decision-making. Recognising the role of effective partnerships in advancing healthcare objectives, Humanized Solutions sees joining EIT Health as an opportunity to enhance its integration with the European ecosystem and amplify its value proposition.
Cluster Scienze della Vita del Friuli Venezia Giulia
The Cluster Scienze della Vita del Friuli Venezia Giulia is a regional organization dedicated to promoting and developing the life sciences sector in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region of Italy. The Cluster focuses on fostering innovation and collaboration among research institutions, healthcare companies, hospitals, third-sector entities, universities, and companies in the pharmaceutical-medical sector. To enhance research and development, facilitate collaboration, and promote regional excellence, the Cluster Scienze della Vita del Friuli Venezia Giulia is thrilled to join EIT Health.
