Hellenic Innovation Forum 2018

6th August 2018

The forum offered a personalised diet plan and the GearVR headset

On 19-20 June 2018 in Athens, the Greek RIS Hub (the National Documentation Centre (EKT)), participated in the Second Hellenic Innovation Forum.

More than 500 people participated in the two-day forum, where EKT hosted a digital stand which took accurate weight measurements of people. Meanwhgile, our start-up HealthyClub, designed personalised diet plans. The stand also offered the opportunity to try out the GearVR headset with relaxation and meditation programmes.

By using the EIT Health Vitality Festival tool kit, our stand was interactive, engaging and provided a bit of fun for the attendees.

It was a great success and we are looking forward to this again. Giorgos Megas, Innovation Adviser at the Innovation and Networking Unit in EKT, presented during EKT’s dedicated special workshop.

The workshop had more than 250 registrations and took place in parallel to the main event. All of the Greek EIT Health Hub activities were presented alongside other EIT Health opportunities.
