At the start of this year, OptiMedis, a leading healthcare innovation company specialising in value-based healthcare and population health management, has joined EIT Health Germany-Switzerland as a Member. This new partnership underlines good cooperation on several projects in recent years as well as a shared commitment to transforming healthcare systems across Europe and improving patient outcomes through sustainable, innovative solutions.
Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, OptiMedis is renowned for its pioneering work in implementing integrated care models.
