Dans le cadre du projet Women Entrepreneurship soutenu par EIT Health , Grenoble Ecole de Management et sa Chaire « Femmes Et Renouveau Economique » (FERE) lance la 2ème édition de leur  programme de formation pour accompagner les femmes entrepreneurs du monde de la santé à poursuivre et piloter la croissance de leur activité.

Cette année, contexte oblige, ce programme se déroulera en français et en anglais en 4 webinaires d’1H30,  de 18H à 19H30. Ce programme d’éducation se déroulera 1 fois par semaine pendant 4 semaines avec pour chaque séance un moment de networking, un grand témoin et une mini-lecture.

Le programme est financé par EIT Health et gratuit pour les participantes.

• 05/11/2020 : Maintenir son activité dans un « océan Bleu », bien penser son positionnement et travailler en fonction de ses ressources
• 12/11/2020 : Construire ses levées de fond, proposer le bon pacte d’actionnaires et maintenir la confiance avec ses partenaires
• 19/11/2020 : Découvrir l’outil développé par Michel Cezon (fondateur de Cogiteo) qui permet de concilier personnalité de l’équipe de fondateurs et modèle économique et aborder aussi la question de la délégation des fonctions et des tâches à intégrer dans le modèle économique.
• 26/11/20 : Réfléchir comment agir sur sa stratégie au quotidien, trouver de nouvelles idées, pour se créer une vision, pour la vendre à ses partenaires et à ses employés ; s’entrainer aussi avec le jeu en ligne « Strategy as Practice EIT Health ».

Women Entrepreneurs and Decision-makers in Healthcare

Preparing for the sustainability of your business.

As part of the Women Entrepreneurship project supported by EIT Health, Grenoble Ecole de Management and its “Women and Economic Renewal” Chair (FERE) is launching the second edition of its training programme to help women entrepreneurs in the health sector to pursue and manage the growth of their business.

This year, due to the context, this programme will take place in French and English in 4 webinars of 1hour 30, from 6pm to 7.30pm. This education programme will take place once a week for 4 weeks, with each session including a moment of net working, a large witness and a mini-reading.

The programme is funded by EIT Health and is free of charge for participants.

• 05/11/2020: Maintain your activity in a “Blue Ocean”, think about your positioning and work according to your resources.
• 12/11/2020: Building its fundraising, proposing the right shareholders’ agreement and maintaining trust with partners
• 19/11/2020 : Discover the tool developed by Michel Cezon (founder of Cogiteo) which allows to reconcile the personality of the team of founders and the economic model and also to tackle the question of the delegation of functions and tasks to be integrated into the economic model.
• 26/11/20: Reflect on how to act on your strategy on a daily basis, find new ideas, to create a vision, to sell it to your partners and employees; also practice with the online game “Strategy as Practice EIT Health”.
