24th November 2022
For the second year in a row EIT Health and the WorkInHealth Foundation are hosting an online career fair that will bring together 20 companies and starts-ups from Digital Health, MedTech and Biotech and more than 200 students.
This career fair was created based on the idea that the future sustainability and growth of the sector is highly dependent on the ability to attract, upskill, retain and reskill talent.
Although talent shortages exist across the board, there are particular skillsets where new and emerging roles are leading to exponential demand such as in digital, commercial, and innovation settings.
This career fair aims to showcase positions and roles open in starts ups and companies and to create a connexion between offer and demand.
The event will take place across from 9am to 6 pm, 100% online and blends:
- Coaching sessions for students, young graduate and talent.
- Virtual booths where companies display their open positions.
- Opportunities for one-to-one meetings to find talent / jobs.
