Overview
EIT Health InnoStars requests a proposal for assisting us in organizing and communicating the EIT Jumpstarter Grand Final event in a hybrid format on 30 November 2023.
The Grand Final is the most significant event during the programme, with 54 teams participating. Overall, we expect ~300 attendees and 2000+ viewers who tune in online.
About EIT Jumpstarter
EIT Jumpstarter is a pan-European pre-accelerator initiative for early-stage innovators supported by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT). It is one of the most cross-disciplinary programmes that involves seven unique innovation communities from the EU: EIT Health, EIT Food, EIT RawMaterials, EIT InnoEnergy, EIT Urban Mobility and EIT Manufacturing and EIT Digital which have one common goal: to turn the best innovative ideas into budding businesses. - Download and fill out the Service Tender Submission Form (Annex 1)
- Please send it to the address specified in the Request for Proposal (RFP) along with the reference documents and samples that prove you qualify. Please review the details in the RFP
