A free online course about assessing healthcare innovations in their early stages and developing a commercialisation strategy will be offered 27-28 September 2021 to professionals and students from the Regional Innovation Scheme (RIS) countries who are interested in healthcare technology.
The Early Health Technology Advanced Training is part of part of the EIT Health RIS Academy, which aims to give entrepreneurs and innovators from emerging regions essential skills to bring healthcare ideas to the market more effectively.
In this course, you will:
- learn how to evaluate early stage healthcare innovation;
- prepare a commercialisation plan;
- gain knowledge on pricing and reimbursement strategies.
As an attendee you will be expected to participate in roughly eight hours of webinars, pre-readings and a quiz before joining the two-day online instruction. Information on the pre-course work will be sent to attendees after the registration deadline.
Who can attend:
The course targets healthcare technology developers, investors, market access specialists and consultants involved in medical technologies and digital health solutions, academic researchers and PhD or post-graduate students from the EIT Health RIS regions. There is no fee for participation in the course.
