World’s first respiratory assist device
ComRAD is the world’s first respiratory-assist device specifically designed for long term treatment of patients with life threatening lung diseases. The device uses an innovative approach for heart-lung support by mimicking the elasticity of the native lungs.
That makes the device more efficient, with significantly lower associated risks, while also allowing affected patients for the first time to be mobile again.
