How it works
1. APPLY
Ensure that you apply before the deadline.
2. ADMISSION
Our admissions committee will review applications & invite eligible candidates for an interview.
3. GET NOTIFIED
You’ll receive the admission committee’s decision.
4. PERSONALISE
We’ll evaluate your prior learning, potentially adding to your ECTS credits and shaping your learning path.
5. FIRST MODULE
Complete the innovation, entrepreneurship & leadership module for 5 ECTS.
6. DMD MODULES
Complete the modules you select in Digital Medical Devices for 17-22 ECTS.
7. INTERNSHIP
Complete your internship with one of our industry partners.
8. CAPSTONE PROJECT
Submit your capstone project based on learnings & experience gained during the programme.
9. EVALUATION
Consortium evaluates capstone projects.
10. CERTIFICATE
Learner receives EIT Labelled Certificate.
Curriculum
Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation in Healthcare Environments – Mandatory:
- Leadership – 1 ECTS
- Entrepreneurship – 2 ECTS
- Innovation – 2 ECTS
Mandatory Modules
- Introduction to Digital Medical Devices – 6 ECTS
- Digital Medical Devices in Health Transformation – 4 ECTS
Specialisation Modules – Selection of four courses:
- Regulatory Science – 3 ECTS
- Standards Applicable to Digital Medical Devices – 3 ECTS
- Digital Medical Devices for Personalised Health – 3 ECTS
- Cybersecurity for Digital Medical Devices – 3 ECTS
- Artificial Intelligence in Digital Medical Devices – 3 ECTS
- Digital Medical Devices Innovation and Adoption – 3 ECTS
- DMD: Real-World Cases – 3ECTS
Eligibility Requirements
Our online programme is open to:
- Master’s students who are still studying or have graduated from a reputable university
- PhD students
- Healthcare professionals or working professionals who want to upskill, reskill, and gain experience in the digital medical device industry
Programme costs
- EU students: €1,000.00 + VAT
- Non EU students: €3,000.00 + VAT
- EU professionals/executives: €2,000.00 + VAT
- Non EU professionals/executives: €4,000.00 + VAT
*Applicants can be considered as students only if they are enrolled in a Master’s or PhD programme at the time of application.
