EIT Health InnoStars Partners joined the Innovation Days initiative that spread across Europe

This year, Innovation Days was organised in 19 locations in collaboration with 26 EIT Health Partners across all seven EIT Health CLCs. On 22–23 November, the Medical University of Łódź hosted a two-days non-degree programme training.
The main aim was to promote entrepreneurship among undergraduate and postgraduate students and the academic community.
The programme consisted of two parts: the design-thinking workshops for students and researchers, and the final competition. The topic of the competition was “Innovations in Medicine.”
The valuable prizes, sponsored by the Foundation of the Medical University of Łódź (FUMED), were awarded to the innovators with the best ideas and healthcare solutions that can be implemented.
The i-Days also reached Italy, where S.D.N and Synlab Italia conducted lively discussions about innovation in healthcare. Other i-Days events took place in November at the Semmelweis University in Budapest, the University of Lisbon and the University of Coimbra.
