Over four weeks, you will learn how to define, plan, build, and develop high-performing start-up teams. The course focuses on entrepreneurial thinking, intercultural collaboration, leadership development, and understanding team roles to support innovation growth and successful venture creation.

Curriculum
Eligibility Requirements
The course is designed for students, researchers, innovators, and professionals in the healthcare industry developing MedTech or digital health solutions. Applicants are expected to meet the following requirements before enrolment:
- Hold, or be working towards, a Master’s degree or higher qualification
- Fluent English (reading and listening)
Technology requirement: Computer or tablet with stable internet connection
