Looking for clinical partners with COVID-19 sample cohort
Sciomics is looking for clinical partners with relevant biological sample cohorts such as COVID-19 positive tested patients (either acute phase or post-infection)
Partners could be academic researchers, biotechnology companies or pharmaceutical companies.
In return, Sciomics can offer multiplex protein profiling services for the acceleration of COVID-19 research with a focus on:
- COVID-19 disease understanding (e.g. immune profiling of patient cohorts)
- Development of novel therapeutics against COVID-19 (e.g. benchmarking of compounds, biomarker discovery)
- Development of vaccines against SARS-COV-2 (e.g. vaccination response analysis, identification of COVID-19 epitopes)
The minimal sample amount required is 20ul of plasma / serum, 500,000 cells or 10mg of tissue.
