OFFER: Medical interpreter tool speaks 28 languages

4th avril 2020

Care to Translate’s tool provides a COVID-19 module and helps translate conversations with patients during the pandemic

Care to Translate has developed a digital medical interpreter tool specifically designed to provide safe and effective communication between healthcare professionals and patients who speak different languages.

The tool has a complete section dedicated to language related to COVID-19 and supporting patients in crisis. It is available in more than 28 languages that have each been manually verified and recorded.

By helping resolve language barriers between healthcare providers and patients, the tool can help lower costs and more importantly, enable improved patient support, regardless of their language.

Care to Translate is offering the tool for free to clinical institutions such as hospitals and doctors’ surgeries as well as governmental institutions, who may need extra support in translation during the pandemic.
