Akkure Medical helps citizens understand risk of contracting COVID-19 with online consultation
The MedBot consultation, from Akkure Medical, takes the form of an online chat which asks questions to assess a person’s risk of contracting COVID-19.
The chat then provides relevant advice on actions to take, based on that risk.
The questions, analysis and results are based on the Health Service Executive (HSE), Centres for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines on COVID-19.
The MedBot is dynamically updated based on an individual’s specific responses and the risk assessment can be repeated as many times as a user wants.
It can be easily implemented to any website with a single line of code.
The organisation believes the consultation tool could be useful for hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, pharmacists and primary health originations but is happy to hear from all relevant organisations.
