Nvidia offers researches free access to genome analysis toolkit
Certain data that might otherwise take days to analyse can be done in under an hour with Parabricks.
Nvidia is offering a free 90-day license to Parabricks to researchers in the worldwide effort to fight COVID-19. Parabricks can reduce the time for variant calling on an entire human genome from two days to one hour on a single server. This can provide researchers with a powerful tool to help better understand the virus.
