Join Bridging the Horizon – Health: Connect, Collaborate and Build Stronger Horizon Europe Proposals.

EIT Health is pleased to support Bridging the Horizon – Health, an online matchmaking round table taking place on 23 June 2026, co-led by EIT Hub Israel and ISERD. 

Designed for organisations seeking consortium partners for upcoming Horizon Europe Health calls, the event offers a focused and interactive environment to connect with potential collaborators from across Europe and Israel, present project ideas, and explore opportunities for joint proposal development. 

The session will highlight several upcoming Horizon Europe topics, including cancer research, AI driven predictive biomarkers, Virtual Human Twins for clinical decision support, regenerative medicine, and functional genomics. 

As the first stage of the wider Bridges 2026 initiative, the event aims to foster new partnerships and lay the groundwork for future collaboration ahead of the in-person Bridges consortium development programme taking place in Thessaloniki this November.
