EIT Jumpstarter 2026

2nd April 2026

EIT Jumpstarter 2026 opens applications for healthcare innovators.

Healthcare innovators across Europe are invited to apply for the 2026 edition of EIT Jumpstarter, one of Europe’s leading pre-acceleration programmes supporting early-stage ideas. The Healthcare category, powered by EIT Health, is now officially open for applications.

The programme is designed to help researchers, entrepreneurs and innovators transform promising healthcare ideas into viable start-ups. Through a structured journey combining training, mentoring and expert guidance, participants will learn how to validate their innovation, develop a solid business model and prepare for market entry.

The Healthcare cohort welcomes early-stage ideas across a broad range of fields, including MedTech, digital health, biotechnology, and preventive and personalised healthcare.

Selected teams will gain access to extensive training sessions, dedicated mentorship from industry experts and the wider EIT innovation ecosystem. Participants will also have the opportunity to compete for financial prizes, supporting the further development of their ventures.

To learn more about the programme and ask questions, interested applicants can join an online informational webinar taking place on 14 April at 12:00 pm. REGISTER HERE

Applications are open until 8 May 2026.

Innovators ready to take the first step in their entrepreneurial journey can find more information and apply via the official website: https://eitjumpstarter.eu
