EIT Health will collaborate with the Madrid Regional Health Ministry for the EIT Health Summit 2026, taking place on 24–25 November in Madrid. As EIT Health celebrates its 10th anniversary, the Summit will bring together the European health innovation community to reflect on a decade of impact, celebrate the journey so far and look ahead to what comes next.

The collaboration comes at a significant moment for EIT Health. Ten years ago, we set out to help transform healthcare through innovation by bringing together people, ideas and expertise from across Europe. Since then, our community has supported innovators, built connections across sectors and borders, and worked together to turn promising ideas into solutions with the potential to improve healthcare.

As we mark our 10th anniversary, the Summit will be an opportunity to look back on that shared journey and recognise the people, partnerships and innovations that have helped shape it – while turning our attention to the challenges and opportunities that will define the decade ahead.

On 24–25 November, innovators, investors, healthcare leaders, researchers, industry experts and policymakers from across Europe will come together in Madrid to exchange ideas and explore how innovation can continue to transform European healthcare.

Through inspiring keynote speakers, thought-provoking discussions and the EIT Health Catapult Finals, the programme will explore how AI and health data are transforming healthcare, how we can build more people-centred health systems, what it takes to scale innovation across Europe, and how we can develop the skills, talent and leadership needed for the future.
