Go2China: A Training Bootcamp in Groningen

14th August 2019

Conducting business in the Chinese medical market

China is the second largest and fastest growing ecosystem of medical innovations in the world. EIT Health Go2China programme, organised by E-Group Hungary, supports the market launch of scale-ups and SMEs that are mature enough for the Chinese market.

EIT Bootcamp in Groningen
Go2China is a six-month long Accelerator programme, which kicked off with a two-day training boot camp organised in Groningen at the beginning of July.

During the programme, 17 scale-ups and SMEs were selected from many European countries to attend the training. These companies have marketable products or services related to the Chinese medical markets.

During the course, the participants learned about Chinese markets, best practices, regulatory and legal environments, and how Chinese partners prefer to conduct business with European companies. There were six companies selected from the 17 in Groningen and which will now go on to Shenzhen and Hong Kong in October.
