Creating a health-related tech company cluster
The University of Évora, part of the RIS Hub, has announced a € 6 million plan to expand Alentejo’s Science and Technology Park (PACT), including a dedicated area for healthcare start-ups. This investment will triple PACT’s present capacity and is included in the University’s plans to expand its start-up-support infrastructure. One of the main objectives of this expansion is taking a first step towards the creation of a health-related tech company cluster located in the Alentejo region.
