We’re looking for experienced organisations to design and deliver the Fostering Oportunities in Regional Growth Across Europe programme, a flagship capacity-building initiative that empowers regional health innovation ecosystem actors to become drivers of sustainable innovation across Europe.
This call is open to consortia with proven expertise in ecosystem building, innovation support, education, and entrepreneurship. Universities, technology transfer offices (TTOs), accelerators, innovation agencies, clusters, and other organisations experienced in designing and delivering capacity-building programmes are encouraged to apply.
The selected subgrantee will develop and deliver a blended learning programme combining online learning, interactive workshops, mentoring, study visits, and peer learning. Participants in the designed programme will strengthen their capabilities in ecosystem development, stakeholder engagement, innovation support, and strategic planning, while building stronger connections across the European health innovation landscape.
Through this programme, you will contribute to creating more resilient and connected regional innovation ecosystems, support the implementation of impactful ecosystem strategies, and help establish a new generation of local ecosystem builders capable of driving long-term change. Join us in shaping the future of health innovation across Europe.
Who can apply?
This call is open to consortia comprising a minimum of two and a maximum of four eligible organisations with complementary expertise in health innovation ecosystem development, capacity building, and learning programme delivery.
The consortium is expected to bring together complementary capabilities and may include, but is not limited to:
- Universities and higher education institutions.
- Technology Transfer Offices (TTOs).
- Innovation agencies and regional development organisations.
- Accelerators and incubators.
- Innovation clusters and ecosystem-building organisations.
- Research and technology organisations.
- Other organisations with demonstrated expertise in health innovation and ecosystem capacity building.
