i-Days: Student competition to tackle health challenges
i-Days promote health innovation among university students through dozens of one-day and two-day programmes held in academic institutions around Europe. Students from all academic areas receive an introduction to practical health innovation tools and compete in teams to tackle real-life health challenges posed by EIT Health, local organisations, private corporations or start-ups. The winning team of each i-Day will attend the Winners’ Event, a final competition that unites students from around Europe.

Key details
Format:
In most cities, the learning format consists of one or two days of in-person events, while other i-Days are entirely online or a blend of both.
Cost:
Participation is free in most cities; however, some i-Days require a small registration fee to reserve your spot.
Dates:
- i-Days: Dates for each i-Day will vary, but they typically take place between 10 October – 10 November. Take a look at the map for more information.
- Winners’ Event: 28-29 November, Budapest

Winners Event at the Career Path 2023
Who should participate
i-Days are accessible to all undergraduate and postgraduate students with an interest in healthcare innovation. You do not need any prerequisite skills or prior experience in innovation, entrepreneurship or healthcare. There are no academic requirements and students from all disciplines and departments are welcome to join!
