OFFER: Telehealth monitoring of patients at home

19th April 2020

Austrian Institute of Technology (AIT) TelehealthService for home monitoring

AIT Health Information Systems offers its telehealth service, which is used in standard care for monitoring chronically ill patients at home, in order to support the care of people infected with coronavirus who are in home quarantine.

This will help to allow more efficient use of the national healthcare system. The COVID-19 monitoring service monitors various health parameters on a daily basis and collects answers to questions about wellbeing and symptoms. While people can record their progress in recovery, medical staff can quickly gain an overview of the health status of people, provide feedback and intervene if necessary.
