EIT Health InnoStars brings together 21 Core and Associate Partners from the more progressive regions within European countries where the overall pace of innovation is still moderate. We promote healthcare innovation with competitions, education, support to start-ups, conferences and many other activities.

Headquartered in Budapest, EIT Health InnoStars spans several geographic regions in Hungary, Italy, Poland and Portugal. As EIT Health’s implementer of the Regional Innovation Scheme of the EIT, InnoStars is able to extend its impact beyond these principal regions, to reach an even broader range of European citizens.

How to find us

Address:

1117 Budapest,
Neumann Janos u. 1/E
Hungary

By plane

Taxis are fastest and can be found in an official taxi stand outside the arrivals lounge. The cost is roughly €25 for the ride, but the travel time is about 30 minutes as opposed to more than two hours by public transit. (The official airport taxi is Főtaxi. Always order your taxi at the official stand in front of the terminal.) To go by public transit for the equivalent of about €2, take the bus number 200E to Kőbánya-Kispest. From there, use the M3 metro (underground service) to Népliget. Change there for Tram 1, to the Infopark station. From there our InnoStars office is in a walk-able distance in the E building of Infopark.

By car

When arriving to Budapest on motorway M1/M7 turn right to Nagyszőlős/Bocskai út. Go along until you reach the river (Petőfi bridge). Before crossing the bridge turn right and go along the riverside in southern direction. In 700 meters you arrive to Infopark Innovation and Technology Center. The InnoStars office is located in “E” building.

By train

Get off the train at “Kelenföld” railway station. Take bus 154 to “Neumann János utca” bus stop.
