A partner with greater added value for EIT Health regional innovation hub Spain
The partner of EIT Health Spain Premap has joined Quirónprevención, a new occupational risk prevention company resulting from the integration of four Quirónsalud companies.
With the merger of Premap into Quironprevención, the regional innovation hub Spain of EIT Health counts on a partner with greater added value for health innovation.
Quirónsalud has announced the integration of the four leading companies in the sector already included in the group: Premap, Fraterprevention, Unipresalud and MC Prevención. Quirónsalud is the leading company in Spain in providing health services that covers all medical specialties to offer comprehensive care to the patient. With more than 70 centers in Spain, the prestigious group has a team of professionals, the most advanced technology, a remarkable research and teaching vocation, and a management model based on a strong commitment to quality.
Quirónprevención will be a welcome new partner in EIT Health, one of the most ambitious initiatives in the health sector which takes advantage of the experience provided by more than 140 leading companies, universities and research centres to promote innovation across Europe.
By joining the consortium, Quironprevencion will able to develop new competence as occupational safety and health consultancy with more than 179.000 client companies and more than 1.816.000 medical check-ups per year. It will offer collaborations with several companies in R&D projects and its wide network of center based on health and safety management in Spain and abroad.
