EIT Health and Nice: At the heart of European health

EIT Health France will support the fight for healthy active aging in Nice

Challenge for a Nice Life is an initiative oriented towards open-innovation, allowing each of the players in the innovation process to take part in the necessary responses in fields as advanced as artificial intelligence, precision medicine, mobility concerning issues, prevention and chronic diseases management.

EIT Health France, as an important partner of the city, will take part and fund the programme “Fragility detection and fall prevention.” This is a challenge proposed by EIT Health in connection with the Accelerator pillar. It is an opportunity for each of the actors of the local, national and international ecosystem to express their talent. The registration deadline is until 14 October 2018.

EIT Health France will participate in the jury and in the selection of the winning application responding to EIT Health’s challenge. EIT Health France will finance the prize for the development of the proof-of-concept subvention + “flash mentoring to benefit from the services of an expert.”

EIT Health, within the framework of Challenge for a Nice Life, is proud to count Nice as a partner city. We support the “Challenge for a Nice Life” because it is a tremendously dynamic city committed to health and active aging of its citizens. It is also a recognised territory for research, innovation and experimentation. Together with its citizens, Nice can become a living health laboratory for EIT Health’s innovation.
