EIT Health Germany Investors Network holds first Round Table in Berlin

Start-ups accelerated by EIT Health Germany present to VCs and business angels

The EIT Health Germany Investors Network kicked off on Tuesday 13 November 2018 with its first Investors Round Table, organised at the Landesvertretung Baden-Württemberg in Berlin.

A top selection of startups in MedTech and Digital Health – all accelerated by EIT Health Germany in 2017 and 2018 – presented their innovative solutions to selected VCs and business angels coming from Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the Netherlands.

Representatives of the EIT Health Investors Network and EIT Health Crowdfunding platform were also present.

The event was a great occasion for investors to scout deal opportunities and to discuss collaborations with EIT Health under the umbrella of the EIT Health Investors Network.

The startups, all in the early development phase (with ready-to-launch or launched solutions) requested a total of more than €15 million in equity investment. Discussions regarding the deals will take place in the weeks following the event. We look forward to updating you about successful deals and future similar events.
