On June 14th, the Innovation and Technology Transfer Center of the Medical University of Lodz in cooperation with EIT Health organized Innovation Open House – mobile conference
EIT Health InnoStars organize this meeting in the member states: in Poland, Italy, Portugal and Hungary, to meet and talk directly with students, entrepreneurs, scientists and innovators. Main topic was the possibilities offered by EIT Health programs to anyone interested in developing innovation, acceleration, startups creation.
Participants had the opportunity to learn directly from program coordinators and alumni how to join international projects, create innovations in the fields of medtech, biotech and digital health, fund the development of their project and join one of the largest European networking networks.
In addition to presentations of EIT Health programs, the audience could also listen to three motivational speeches. Our special guests were:
- Kamil Kipiel – CEO of Medical Simulation Technologies, who gave us an important lesson how to achieve startup success in medicine;
- Jakub Musiałek – CEO of Pixel Techhnology and UnitDoseOne, who brought up the subject of Agile and Prince2 programs;
- Jacek Chrzanowski – CEO of One/One Lab, who talked about the unique and unpredictable circumstances of creating start-ups on the example of his own company.
