Imperial College Business School offers short course on ‘Making Accountable Care Happen’

The Imperial College business school, an EIT Health Partner, is presenting a new short course that will take place 10-12 October. It is designed for individuals, teams and organisations that have an interest in, and are working towards, development of accountable care systems.

Nowadays, many leaders of health and care systems have arrived at the common conclusion that, in order to improve health systems, the incentive structure embedded in current service organization needs to change.

This is one of the key points that are going to be dealt on the course, others are mentioned below:

• What does Accountable Care mean in practice – and how can we start changing our current systems in order to bring this vision to life?
• This course, is designed to demystify the role of accountable care and all its associated elements, providing you with practical skills needed not only to anticipate the changing landscape, whereas to lead that change.
