Emmanuel Macron, Président de la République Française, les HealthTech Innovation Days (HTID^®) se dérouleront en présence de plusieurs personnalités institutionnelles : M. Thierry Breton, Commissaire européen au Marché Intérieur, Mme Agnès Pannier-Runacher, ministre déléguée à l’Industrie, M. Christian Pierret, ancien ministre de l’Industrie, M. Un an après le discours de M. Emmanuel Macron, Président de la République Française, lors de l’ouverture des HealthTech Innovation Days 2020, l’édition 2021 détaillera les solutions économiques et financières mises en place pour faire face aux conséquences de la pandémie de la Covid-19. Dans ce cadre, des experts exposeront les moyens concrets développés afin d’accroitre la valeur des sociétés européennes en santé auprès des investisseurs et partenaires industriels.

• “Empower innovation in Healthtech to foster post pandemic EU’s economic growth” Session modérée par Christian Pierret, Ancien ministre de l’Industire qui fera le point sur le rôle de l’innovation comme levier économique de l’après-crise. De même, le CEO du Fonds Européen d’Investissement, Alain Godard et le Dirécteur général de EIT Health France et Services & Investments, Jean-Marc Bourez,  dévoileront le nom des industriels et fonds de capital-risque sélectionnés au sein du Venture Centre of Excellence, programme de co-investissement coopéré avec EIT Health qui a bénéficié d’un soutien financier de 150 millions d’euros de la Commission européenne, annoncé en octobre 2020 par M. Thierry Breton, Commissaire européen au Marché Intérieur et qui représente à ce jour une capacité d’investissement de 1,7 milliards d’euros cumulés.

D’autres temps forts réuniront des experts internationaux sur des thématiques centrales telles que l’usage de l’IA, les avancées en robotique, l’importance du capital humain, l’implication majeure des patients et les associations dans le développement de nouvelles approches de soins et enfin la valeur ajoutée dans la maitrise du traitement des données cliniques.

In addition, the CEO of the European Investment Fund, Alain Godard, and the EIT Health France and Services & Investments Managing Director, Jean-Marc Bourez, will unveil the names of the selected corporate and venture capital funds of the Venture Centre of Excellence, a co-investment programme cooperated with EIT Health which has benefited from a EUR150 million anchor investment from the European Commission. The latter was announced at HTID in October 2020 by Mr. Thierry Breton, European Commissioner for the Internal Market. Consequently, the VCoE programme currently holds a total investment capacity of EUR1.7 billion.

Other highlights will bring together international experts on central themes such as the use of AI, advances in robotics, the importance of human capital, the key involvement of patients and associations in the development of new care and finally the added value in the mastery of clinical data processing.
