Creating digital home healthcare for Europe's older people

Digital Health Entrepreneurs (DHE) helps multidisciplinary teams turn potential home healthcare solutions for older people into viable enterprises.

Europe’s older population is swelling, creating many opportunities for innovative home healthcare solutions.

The DHE course brings together master’s students from fields as diverse as engineering, business, medicine and IT into multidisciplinary teams to develop potentially marketable home healthcare solutions.

The programme focuses on identifying the challenges faced by older people and applying the fundamentals of entrepreneurship. The interactive training includes an age suit that simulates the sensations of ageing, as well as modules focused on user-centred design and ethically-oriented product development.

The course features guest lecturers and training on how to use a “design thinking” approach.
