iRaise: upskilling for a more efficient innovation adoption in health systems


iRaise helps healthcare professionals increase their ability to lead innovation in their own organisations and drive change from within.

This hands-on, online training programme for professionals from healthcare organisations boosts demand-driven, effective and sustainable adoption of innovative digital solutions. You and a small team of colleagues will learn how to work together on innovations within your organisation.

In this online programme, you will increase your knowledge of innovating healthcare processes, such as:

  • defining unmet needs and how they are identified (the why)
  • framing potential solutions to these needs (the what)
  • defining the adequate vehicle(s) to address these needs (the how)
  • presenting a viable plan to decision makers (the when and who)

Full fee of €5,000 per team. Discounts will be available on the website (several criteria can reduce the price by as much as €2,000).

Who should apply

  • You should apply as part of a multidisciplinary team composed of 3-5 members from the same healthcare organisation.
  • The members of your team should be from different departments or disciplines related to the innovation adoption process (such as healthcare professionals, hospital staff, managers, clinicians or executives).
  • Teams of more than five members can apply, as long the participation of these extra members does not imply any additional cost to iRaise.
  • You should have identified a digital innovation challenge that your team will work on during the training.
  • You should be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
