Empowering Women Entrepreneurs in health innovation
The gender imbalance in healthcare entrepreneurship represents a loss for individual women and society as a whole. WE Health empowers female innovators and promotes diversity in the healthcare sector.
WE Health is an EIT Health Education programme designed to enhance the participation of women in health innovation and entrepreneurship. WE Health empowers female health innovators by providing training specifically tailored to their needs, offering inspiration and support to help them advance in their professional careers. WE Health also aims to raise awareness of the positive economic and social impact of gender diversity in health innovation, while generating new ideas that promote innovation across the entrepreneur community in a more balanced way.
The training modules
The WE Health Capacity Building programme is composed of three modules with a different thematic focus area addressing the needs of diverse target groups of women in the healthcare domain. Participants can select the module that best fits their needs, and are free to attend several modules and learn about the different perspectives:
- Module 1: Unlocking your Innovative Potential
- Module 2: Starting your Entrepreneurship Journey
- Module 3: Empowering Women Leadership in Health Innovation
